  • Saturated fatty acids: myristic acid, palmitic and stearic
  • Trans fatty acids: elaidic acid
  • Monounsaturated fatty acids: palmitoleic acid (omega-7) and oleic (omega-9)
  • Omega-6 long chain fatty acids: linoleic acid (essential), arachidonic, gamma-linolenic and dihomo-gamma-linolenic
  • Omega-3 long chain fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (essential), eicosapentaenoico (EPA) y docosahexanoico (DHA)
  • Ratios and indexes: arachidonic/eicosapentanoic ratio (main marker of the inflammatory state), omega-6/omega-3 and omega3 index (EPA + DHA)

The results include nutritional recommendations in order to correct possible imbalances caused through diet.
